In this episode, I'm talking with Hayley Koseoglu, an Award-Winning Entrepreneur, Business Owner and Business Consultant.

Hayley's journey began when she founded a commercial cleaning company at the age of 18. Nine years later, she had grown it into a 7 figure business and introduced sufficient systems and processes such that she could step away from the day to day activities and follow other pursuits, including becoming a mother.

There are numerous layers in our conversation. We discuss the very practical:

  • how to introduce those systems and processes and get off the hamster wheel;

  • the importance of getting the right person to help you and how to find them; and

  • the power of asking 'Why?'

However, Hayley also shares with us some very personal challenges.

Namely, how she came back to work whilst unknowingly suffering from Post-Natal Depression and PTSD.

This is a very powerful story which demonstrates the importance of understanding both the business side of things and the personal - and how the two are always intertwined.
