During the meetings last month, the theme under discussion was “Money Hangups”.

This time we explored the following concept.

“If you won the proverbial lottery, what is the smallest amount that you would need to win before you started giving money away.

How would things change for you if you’d earned that amount in your business?”

Here are some of the things that cropped up in our discussions.

What you give away you get back around

Note that we have enough to be able to consider this decision. Not everyone has that luxury.

Instead of “What can I afford?” switch to “What will I be able to achieve?”

We don't need as much as we think

Time and money are all about scarcity

The truth is boring. That's why people make stuff up.

If I earn it, then I'll keep it

It's taken me a long time to realise that it's ok to have money

Ask for abundance, not money

I lost everything and it was awful. And yet freeing.

Wanting something implies an existing lack. Instead, 'prefer' something.

If money were a person and they walked into the room, how would you treat them?

If money = freedom, what kind of freedom?

Can we be free where we are now?

Create the feeling that you have it now. Then consider, how did I so easily achieve that?

Are you coming from love or fear?
