HOW DO SOME PEOPLE RUN A SUCCESSFUL BUSINESS AND MAINTAIN A GENUINE SENSE OF CONTENTMENT? HOW DO THEY ENJOY WHAT THEY DO?

For many of us, our fantasy image of the happy, successful entrepreneur, hasn't really played out as we hoped, but we don’t know how to put things right.  Enjoying every aspect of our work life is a reality that’s within reach of all of us, if we’re prepared to stretch our muscles and try something new!

We all crave enjoyment in life. To find it, there are four key needs that must be met:
Safety, Belonging, Esteem and Purpose. Understanding how we can meet those needs means we’re well on the way to fulfilling them.

For more information on these key elements, watch this 15minute video which explains all:

I’ve been involved with businesses of all shapes and sizes in varying degrees of health since 1994. One thing that I’ve discovered is that, successful or otherwise, very few business owners actually enjoy their success and life in general.

In 2012, as research for my first book, I conducted interviews with various directors that had been through the emotional wringer of a corporate insolvency. One thing that came out of those interviews was that they all ended up with a different perspective on how they perceived success. Success wasn't about the money or the houses or the fast cars. There was something else, much deeper and more meaningful.

Each person had their own take on it but, at the heart of it, they all agreed on the same thing. It was much more important to enjoy your business and enjoy life.

Yet so many people in business, even those who are highly successful, face stress, long hours, dissatisfaction, feelings of unworthiness and a general lack of purpose.

My clients' greatest successes following Business Enjoyment coaching aren't just higher
sales and greater profits (though they are, of course, welcome). Their biggest wins are that they enjoy themselves more – their jobs, their businesses and their lives.

Greater self-respect
More time for themselves
Better relationships
A sense of self confidence
Guilt-free enjoyment

My clients achieve more success with less stress,
developing good habits that will last them a lifetime.

You know you’ve found true enjoyment when what you’re doing lights up the three key thinking areas of your body: your brain, your tummy and your soul, collectively known by their initials as your ‘bits’.

I want you to enjoy your business so much, it makes your ‘bits’ tingle
