RELEASE DATE - 5th APRIL 2021
Hi, this is Andrew Miller from Business Enjoyment and this is another episode of the Tingle Zone.
In this episode, I'm talking with Joseph Sudhip who is one of the top 10 Business Model Design Coaches.
It has been shown that 80% of the most successful global companies did not have new products or services but, instead, had new business models. However, by βnewβ, it only meant they were new within their industry or new to them, the actual number of business models that work is actually quite finite.
Joseph has developed a modular approach to creating the most appropriate business model for his clients, allowing them to 'drag and drop' the components that they need. In the interview, we look at some of the key elements, including, and by no means limited to:
4 key pillars that hold the model up;
6 profit improving multipliers;
14 basic frameworks; and
60 success patterns that can be applied to those frameworks.
By mixing and matching the different elements, a great business can be created.
The importance of having a successful model is to take the effort out of actually running the business. Getting that model right can take a lot of trial and error unless you have someone that can guide you through all the options. Joseph makes it easier for the business owner to find that model and, consequently, make things easier for them.
Of course, any business is only as good as the people within that business and Joseph has a great take on what makes a great leader.
It's not just about that leader having their own vision and direction. A great leader also gives confidence to the people beneath them to start dreaming.
There is a lot of information in this podcast that can really help you with your own business models. I suggest you listen with a pen and paper to hand so that you can take notes.
