During the meetings last month, the theme under discussion was “Find Your Tribe”.
The question I asked this month was simple but also had the potential for a lot of depth. Quite simply it was:
“In the next few weeks/months, who would it be really useful for you to meet?”
That's it.
Now, that may be a potential client, It might be a collaborator, a team member. It may be someone you already know - but it would be useful to meet a different version of that person that is currently hidden within themselves. Or if might be a version of yourself that needs to come out.
It can go in many different directions, subject to what's important to you.
Here are some of the questions, observations and reflections that were noted.
Note: There was a lot of discussion around specific introductions that would be of use. Here I’m only sharing the more generalised points.
Don't focus on what you don't have but on what you want.
What's lying underneath the need?
Do things from a play state.
It would be really useful for me to meet an organised version of me.
Or just get a VA

I need to be the person that people I want to meet, want to meet.
I need a mentor
I would like to meet someone that will love my business even more than I do.
